We design, plan and coordinate a showcase event, partnering with companies that understand the serious gap between in-demand labor skills and enthusiastic young people. Together, we inspire students through hands-on activities and demonstrations. Our aim is to spark students' interests in acquiring trade skills by highlighting industry and occupation options.

The showcase is followed by a peer-to-peer talk held at the students' school. 

This talk is designed to increase school staff and teens' awareness on the variety of pathways they can take starting in 10th grade. 

Pathways include: strengthening core class scores and focusing on non-traditional post-graduation options, including immediately working in a high demand industry. 

We have made arrangements for special seating at a local family friendly venue where we will provide apps and light drinks. Bring your whole family or come solo-- but please come!
